Job Title: Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research the market to understand customer needs and industry trends, helping us position our software service effectively.
2. Play a key part in growing our company by converting leads provided by the company into sales for our innovative software solutions.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to communicate our software service value effectively.
4. Introduce and promote our software services to potential clients.
5. Convert provided leads into sales to meet targets and boost revenue.
6. Send professional and well-crafted emails to potential clients.
7. Manage and send LinkedIn and Instagram messages for lead generation and client engagement.
8. Connect with the concerned personnel handling IT decisions, such as Owners, IT Directors, or IT Managers.
9. Set appointments for interested clients and coordinate with our team for follow-up.
10. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and progress.
11. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
12. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Candidates must have 3 to 7 years of experience in IT Software Sales.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
3. Identify and research potential clients and markets to expand our business.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs.
6. Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
7. Excited about the latest technology and eager to learn about software solutions.
8. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
9. Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
