About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The role requires a proactive individual who can drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
– Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
– Attend tech events, industry expos, and networking sessions to expand market presence.
– Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
– Manage and track leads through CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data.
– Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
– Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
– Generate performance reports and analyze results using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Business Administration (MBA/BBA).
– 0–1 years of proven experience in sales/business development.
– Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
– Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
– Strong learning ability and adaptability to new sales strategies.
– Willingness to travel and attend industry/tech events.
– Male candidates preferred for this role.
